    Description:

Two flam exercises for the beginning and beginning/intermediate battery that helps with the tap-to-accent relationship of basic flam rudiments. Application of the rudiments occur in a grid-style fashion; in Slim Chim Mini, the patterns extend over the bar and features 3-part layering, making it a bit more difficult to play to the beat and emulates a more music setting without becoming actual music. These are the short versions of the exercise Slim Chim.

    Instrumentation:

  • Snares
  • Tenors
  • Basses (5)
