For exercising four basic flam rudiments: flam accents, flam taps, Swiss triplets, and pata-fla-flas; rudiments are combined in a unison grid-fashion to prepare for a ram-style application that emulates musical patterns without becoming actual music; over-the-bar phrases; 3-part laying; basses indulge in flam accents; bass grooves provide underlying support for tempo; bass splits based on sextuplet partials; long play time in order to work the mind and hands without stopping; - Download includes:

This exercise takes its time going through four basic flam rudiments, working on tap-to-accent relationships and feel before culminating in a grid. Waiting at the end is a challenging flam ram.
